Our custom wefts are hand made specifically for every order. Due to new sanitation laws all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. No exceptions. Our Russian hair is the best quality hair money can buy, with the most up to date professional hand tieing methods. We do not work with regular stock items. All our wefts are custom made specifically for each prepaid order.
If for any reason you feel you received the wrong order please contact us within the first 2 weeks. Exchanges can only be made on unaltered hair.
Upon receiving your order please wash the hair and hang to dry before first install. Air drying will allow natural curl to be visible. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks to complete your custom order.

All our hair starts as virgin Russian Slavic hair. If any coloring is required it is done by a licensed certified professional hairdresser specializing in virgin Russian hair. If we are not able to match your color we will use the closest natural color match, then alter the hair slightly. For the most part this is done with a semipermanent color which does not require peroxide.
